After you sign up for a plan with us, the following happens:

1) Project Setup

Upon sign-up, our team receives a notification and our system automatically creates an account for you. We request access to your necessary accounts, such as Google Business Profile, so our team can configure your dashboard and reporting portal.

2) Onboarding Starts

An onboarding email will be sent to your email to fast-track your onboarding with a pre-onboarding form.

3) Migration to Client Support System

We use a shared support inbox for the entire team to ensure that requests get logged and assigned to the appropriate team member. Please ensure you send all requests to support@digitalshiftmedia.com, and also add the address to your contacts and whitelist it.

To avoid creating multiple help and service requests, we migrate your contact info and email from our customer relationship management system to our support system.

4) Onboarding Strategy Session

Once the onboarding setup is done, we will arrange an onboarding call with you.

5) Dashboard and Reporting Portal Access

You will receive an invitation to login.digitalshiftmedia.com to your primary email account. Once you receive the invite, you can set up a password to access your dashboard and reporting portal.
